Miscellaneous SAMSB Owned Structures - Clipsal 500 Adelaide

⁠⁠⁠Expressions of Interest are sought from suitably qualified organisations for the purpose of providing delivery of Miscellaneous SAMSB Owned Structures to the South Australian Motor Sport Board for the Clipsal 500 Adelaide 2016 event and continuing until the 2018 event, subject to satisfactory performance.

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following;

* Collect from the Principal’s storage yard, deliver to site and unload various SAMSB owned infrastructure some of which include: pedestrian overpasses, overtrack signage, ballast vblocks (for overpasses), superscreen support structures and starter’s platform and traffic lights.
* Installation and erection (in the specified location) of seven (7) pedestrian overpasses with ballast blocks and temporary access gates.
* Installation and erection of two (2) overtrack signs as directed by the Superintendent.
* Installation and erection of three (3) container stack structures (various sizes) for Superscreen use.
* Lift and secure three (3) superscreen bases for the Pit Building, Pit Straight Stand and Senna Stand Superscreens.
* Lift the superscreens and maintain position whilst being secured (done by others).
* Dismantle and remove from site (return to storage yard) all items mentioned above.
* Attendance, surveillance and maintenance of all infrastructure pre, post and during the Event.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
