Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Offers are invited by the State of Queensland (acting through the Department of Justice and Attorney- General) in relation to Invitation to Offer No. 303.1415 for the establishment of a Contract for the provision of a Valuation Service in relation to all Departmental owned Land and Building Assets for the Financial Years 2015-16 to 2019-20.

The valuations services required cover all land and building assets at the various Court (68 sites), Juvenile Justice (6 sites) and Corrective Services (33 sites) locations throughout Queensland.

Note: Pack E containing an asset register for Land, Heritage Building and General Buildings is available upon request via email to the Procurement Delegate, Chris Jackson (procurement@justice.qld.gov.au). Only companies that are assessed as commercial property valuation companies will be provided with this document.
