* CONTRACT No. (2015/4) – Supply and Delivery of Pre Mixed Concrete
Tenderers MUST attend a COMPULSORY Pre-Tender Meeting scheduled for Tuesday 17th February 2015 at the following times:
Supply & Delivery of Pre Mixed Concrete – 11.30am
Application Packages are available from Council’s Administration Building – Level 2, 30 Heber Street, Moree or by phoning (02) 6757 3222.

All tenders shall be submitted in accordance with the Tender Documentation and shall be endorsed with the Contract Number and Description and placed in the Tender Box, which is located in the foyer of Council’s Administration Building. The responsibility for lodgement of the tender in the tender box lies solely with the tenderer.
The canvassing of Councillors or Council staff, at any time, in respect of this Tender will disqualify a tenderer.
The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
The cost of each set of Tender Documents is in conjunction with the fees & charges as set out in Council’s 2014-15 Operational Plan and is as follows:
Supply & Delivery of Pre Mixed Concrete $73.00 per tender.
