Replacement of Roof Canopy and Associated Works Pacific Highway Pedestrian Bridge

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the replacement of the roof canopy over the Pacific Highway Pedestrian Bridge and major maintenance to the adjoining escalators. The site location is 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood.

Work will include the provision of all materials, labour, transport, tools, plant, and everything else necessary for the replacement of the bridge roof canopy as per the engineering design contained within the tender documentation. The works shall also include repair to the 2 escalators serving the bridge. A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held on site, meeting at the bottom of the eastern escalator, commencing at 11:00am on Tuesday 27 January, 2015. All prospective Tenderers are required to attend the pre-tender meeting. A tender submitted by any Tenderer who has not attended the pre-tender meeting cannot be considered.

and shall be placed in the Tender Box located on Level 4, 31 Victor Street, Chatswood so as to be received in full prior to 11:00am, Wednesday 18 February 2015. Tenders received after the closing time will not be considered.
