⁠⁠⁠Fabrication Yard / Facility for fabrication of Gas Processing pre-assembled racks (PAR), units (PAU) and other skid mounted equipment

This EOI is for the supply and fabrication of all structural materials and much of the piping components / supports required for the purpose of configuring such fabrications into PAR’s (Pipe Assembly Racks), PAU’s (Pre-Assembled Units) or other skid mounted units.

Fabrication requirement for the Bowen Gas Project will largely focus on the pipe racks which will connect all vendor packages (e.g. TEG, Compressors and flare) within the gas facilities.

The majority of the pipe racks will be pre-assembled in PAR modules and the rest will be fabricated as steel portal frames and loose piping spools with stick erection on site.

Dimensions for the majority of the modules will be W 5m x H 5m x L 24m and Weigh 10T – 40T however the maximum dimension could be W8.5m x H5.2m x L25m and up to 80T each.

Piping will consist of a combination of carbon steel and stainless steel lines between DN50 – DN1000 and could include the installation of scrubber vessels.

Cable tray installation will be part of PAR assembly and modules will be coated, (NDT) Non Destructive Tested, pressure tested and cleaned in the yard.

As the scope includes multiple facilities the project has the option to award part of the scope or all of the scope. Therefore awarded scope could vary between 100T – 1500T in combined weight.

All process piping fittings, vessels, cable trays and instruments would be free issued to the fabricator.

There could be the option for the Fabricator to provide the structural steel. All consumables, labour and fabrication equipment by fabricator
