The Health & Education Procurement Facility (HEPF), an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Foreign Affairs & Trade (DFAT) and the Government of Papua New Guinea (PNG) is seeking to invite suitably qualified companies to submit Expression of Interest for the following technology upgrading works within the Main Lecture Theatre at the University of Papua New Guinea.

The general scope of AV upgrade under these contracts will include high end audio visual communication equipment with remote learning capability suitable for university functions, including sound and hearing systems.

Audio Visual Equipment Supply and Installation: This contract will include the supply, installation and commissioning of specialist high end audio visual equipment for use in a lecture theatre university context. There is also an upgrade of the lighting systems within the lecture theatre which will be carried out by the successful contractor in conjunction with the AV upgrade.

EOI Selection Criteria: Prospective contractors will be pre-qualified to tender for this work through their response to this EOI. Common to all contracts, companies must provide relevant and current experience in carrying out this type of work.
