Tender Description
This tender is for the full refurbishment of a 4x2 Brick and Tile GROH dwelling in Lake Grace. It includes, but is not limited to: full kitchen, bathroom & laundry refurbishment; floor covering, painting and window furnishings throughout; extenal paint, including of all concrete driveways and paths etc.
A choice of TWO onsite meetings are available. It is MANDATORY that interested parties attend one of those meetings in order to be considered for the tender.
