* Head Office, 74 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6017; and
* 61 Heytesbury Road, Subiaco WA 6008.

Site Briefing: Please note the attendance times at various sites may vary on the day due to the time spent at the various premises.

A mandatory briefing to Repondents will be conducted on Tuesday 20 January 2015 at the following four locations:

Location: Unit 5 - 63 Walters Drive, Osborne Park WA 6014 at 1pm Perth
