Sale of Used Vehicles

⁠⁠⁠Offers suitably endorsed and closing with the undersigned at 2pm on Wednesday 21 January 2015  are hereby invited for the purchase of the following used vehicles from Council’s fleet:-

The vehicles will be available for inspection at the Yangan Road Depot, Warwick on Friday 16 January 2015 from 1pm-3pm
 
Offers may be submitted for the above vehicles listed on an “as is” basis at the time of acceptance.
 
Copies of the Offer Forms are available by downloading from www.southerndowns.qld.gov.au. Offers must be made on the forms provided.
 
The highest or any offer will not necessarily be accepted.
 
Regulation 228(7) of the Local Government Regulation 2012, relating to changes to Tenders may be applied.
 
Tenders must be lodged electronically via email to tenderbox@sdrc.qld.gov.au by 2pm AEST, Wednesday 21 January 2015.
