Tender Description
Provide :
A) Office cleaning and amenities on an out of hours basis and
B) a (daytime) Workshop cleaner to be based at the facility on a full time basis.
Duties will include:
Regular floor sweeping with the mobile electric floor sweeper;
Clearing of rubbish bins and replacement of all bin liners;
Stores packaging removal;
Cleaning of amenities, dining area cleaning after daytime meal breaks.
Other cleaning duties as required.
Condition reporting on a monthly basis.
