Tender Description
A commercial Landscape Maintenance contractor will be required to provide:
Entrance garden upkeep,
External mowing of landscaped areas,
Maintenance of landscaped area's sprinkler systems,
Tree trimming,
Weed control both ancillary areas and rail yard,
Up-keep of Bio-retention basins,
Perimeter fence line vegetation clearing on both sides, Condition reporting on a quarterly basis.
