Tender Description
NSWTG provides authority and direction to, and monitors the performance of, private financial managers of clients deemed by a court or tribunal to have diminished capacity for financial decision making.
NSWTG expects to be able to contract appropriate surety bond coverage at competitive prices on behalf of managed persons. The security given by the bond is solely for the protection of the managed persons and there is protection for private managers.
