NSW Trade & Investment – Crown Lands (Crown Lands) is inviting proposals from interested proponents, with the capability, vision and relevant experience, for the lease and redevelopment of Crown land (Lot 186-187 DP 47046 and part Crown Road within Lot 7319 DP 1162093) located on Hickey Island, Yamba Bay, Yamba NSW.

It is envisaged that the successful proponent will deliver a modern commercial development which capitalises on the unique waterfront location and proximity to the Yamba CBD. Crown lands is seeking proposals that demonstrate in detail how the proposed development will  complement, enhance and support public recreation, tourism and retail orientated activities in the local area.

Upon completion of the RFP process, Crown Lands will be in a position to consider the selection of a preferred proponent to enter into negotiations with a view to offering a Lease, for a term up to 20 years, under section 34A of the Crown Lands Act 1989.
