Quality Control Specialist Services - Refurbishment of Demountable Buildings

⁠⁠⁠The Department intends to engage a suitably experienced and qualified organisation that can carry out quality control checks of demountables refurbishment works at the Demountable Refurbishment Contractor’s site.

The scope of works for the QC Specialist Company includes but is not limited to: identification of buildings, inspection and scoping of works, checking estimates, providing approval of building works, quality control and inspection and certification of works, handover at completion and financial administration.
