Pit Building Fire Reticulation Services

The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following.

* Unpack, install, dismantle and re-pack into SAMSB containers all Pit Building fire service equipment
* Installation and removal of automatic fire sprinkler system incorporating skid mounted sprinkler control valve arrangement.
* Connection of existing 40mm diameter pipe work supplies to provide water to the proposed fire hose reel system.
* Installation of the SAMSB owned automatic fire detection and alarm system which incorporates a standalone site Fire Indicator Panel, combined smoke/heat detectors, smoke detectors, heat detectors and audible/visual alarms installed throughout the building. All of which much comply with AS1670.
* Arrangement with SAMFS for commissioning inspection of the full, operational fire protection systems prior to the event.
* System decommissioning, disassembly and removal of all fire protection services from the building.
* Attendance, surveillance and maintenance of all fire system infrastructure pre, post and during the Event.

A comprehensive Scope of Works will be provided to the applicants chosen to proceed to the tendering stage.
