Marrickville Council invites tenders for the management and operation of the Café at Fanny Durack Aquatic Centre.

The management and operation of the Café will be by a retail lease. The lease is for aninitial period of (5) years, with the option of a further five (5) years at Council’s sole discretion.

The closing time and date for all tenders is 2.00pm (AEST) on Wednesday 21 January 2015.

Costs incurred in preparing tenders will not be reimbursed. Tenders will be evaluated on the selection criteria detailed in the Tender documentation. The lowest or any Tender will not necessarily be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors or Council Officers in regards to this Tender will cause the Tenderer to be disqualified.
