Invitation to Tender for Management of Council's Public Tennis Courts

Request for Tender Council owns six public tennis court complexes containing 20 courts situated in the Canterbury local government area (refer to section 9 for aerial photographs), being as follows:
 
* Beaman Park, Vera Avenue, Earlwood – 4 courts
* Lees Park, Harmony Street, Ashbury – 4 courts
* Punchbowl Park, Rose Street, Punchbowl – 2 courts
* Coolabah Reserve, Coolabah Street, Beverley Hills – 4 courts
* Rudd Park, Omaha Street, Belfield – 2 courts
* John Mountford Reserve, Welfare Avenue, Narwee – 4 courts

The aim of this Invitation to Tender is to select a Manager for the tennis court complexes for the term of the Management Agreement, a 5 year period. Council’s preference is for one entity to manage the six complexes under one Contract. However Council will consider proposals to manage individual complexes and thereby enter multiple Contracts.

Council invites Respondents to propose a management structure that will involve the manager paying Council a fixed monthly fee for the right to provide the Management Services.
