The objective of the project is to increase the capacity of existing solids handling facilities at Mt Crosby East Bank Water Treatment Plant (WTP) in order to have sufficient solids processing capability available for dealing with possible high raw water turbidity events during upcoming wet seasons.

The scope of works for this contract is inclusive but not limited to the following:

* Detailed design is inclusive of
* Structural
* Civil
* Mechanical
* Electrical, Instrumentation and Control system upgrade
* For Construction drawings; and
* Construction specification.
