Brookfield Johnson Controls, Procurement Managers for the NSW Police Force, are inviting suitably qualified and experienced organisations, capable of delivering best practice in their area of expertise, to respond to our Request for Tender (RFT) for Hygienists Services.

This RFT Process is divided into 2 (two) stages:

1. Primary Document Release and Request for Further Information (RFI):

* Open tendering opportunity, in compliance with the NSW Government Procurement Guidelines;
* RFI and inclusion in “Aconex: Confidential Information Release” – Scope and technical information will only be released to tenderers who submit the “Intent to Respond Form” (Attachment B – included in the RFT document) and Confidentiality Deed (Attachment C included in the RFT Document).

BOTH ‘Intent to Respond’ and ‘Confidentiality Deed’ MUST be submitted to Brookfield Johnson Controls by email (procurement@bjci.com) along with preferred companies’ full contact details for inclusion in Aconex.

2. “Aconex – Confidential Information Release” – clarifications, communication & submission:

* RFIs and addenda (when required and applicable);
* Site specific information;
* Brookfield Johnson Controls pricing matrix.
* The RFT package is divided into regions, and will cover reactive services, liaison and coordination with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the services.

The RFT documentation outlines the process and information you must provide. Please read all documentation prior to contacting Brookfield Johnson Controls. The RFT will close AEDT 5.00pm – Friday 12th December 2014.

All responses, questions and other communication regarding any aspect of this RFT program must be submitted via Aconex only. With respect to the tendering program, no direct emails or conversions with Brookfield Johnson Controls staff are permitted during the tender period, and any communication outside Aconex will be disregarded.
