Council intends to enter into a contract for the purpose of the implementation and rollout of new Liverpool City brand. This is a significant contract and Council is seeking to establish a long-term relationship with a suitable agency that can assist with the task. We anticipate the agency will provide us with excellent advice and cost effective solutions whilst maintaining a high degree of quality and satisfaction.
