Australian and New Zealand wide provision of medicals including (capital cities clinics access to medicals required):

* Robust history and clinical examination (performed by a doctor and nurse)
* Urinalysis
* Instant urine cup drug testing, laboratory confirmation and medical review officer review as required
* Alcohol breath testing
* Spirometry
* Vision testing
* Audiogram (WA work cover audio standard in WA as requested)
* Cardiac risk score including ECG, fasting lipids and glucose
* Functional capacity evaluations (please state if can be performed to PWPE licence or not)

Medicals completed to Offshore UK Oil and Gas standard are required, as is HUET and T-BOSIET clearances.

Contractor shall provide:

* Monthly reports on services and KPIs
* Deliver results and assessments on defined paperwork to agreed KPIs
* Conduct follow up correspondence with candidate GPs and specialist to acquire medically information as relevant.
