This tender relates to diconnecting existing sewerage systems, and connecting to deep sewerage, 15 properties on behalf of the Department of Housing, Southern region. 14 of these properties are in Mt Barker; 1 is in Albany. Tender responses are to include a price breakdown by property.

Work is to be completed by a qualified plumbing contractor, and is to comply with all statutory regulations. Successful contractor is to submit constructed drawings to Water Corp.

The successful contractor is also required to make the 0.2% Training Levy to the construction Training fund, on behalf of the Department of Housing, prior to works beginning. Please take this payment into consideration when pricing.
