This project is located at the Redcliffe Tigers AFL Clubhouse Rothwell Park, 25A McGahey Street, Rothwell.

The existing slab of the building extension has sunk causing it to move away from the main building.

The project objective is to remove the substandard building extension and replace with a new structure.

The scope of the project is to demolish the existing extension to the clubhouse including the slab and its underlying foundation material and construct a new extension.

Council requires that pricing be provided for 3 (three) options:

Option 1. Price to construct the extension ONLY by recycling existing doors and windows
Option 2. Price to construct the extension ONLY by supplying and installing new doors and windows
Option 3. Price to construct the Kiosk
