The Contract is to engage a suitably qualified Technical Advisor to complete the Pre-Concept Design for the Gosford Substation and Wyoming Sectioning Hut.

The Scope of Services for the Technical Advisor is as follow:

* Architectural services for the building plans and elevations;
* Civil/structural engineering for the building structural system, access roads, security fencing and car parking;
* HV electrical engineering for equipment layout and lists;
* Engineering drafting for documentation of all existing assets, services and infrastructure;
* Technical Advisor to review relevant sections of the RailCorp Power Studies;
* Technical Advisor shall develop Pre-Concept Documentation for the integration of the new Gosford Substation and Wyoming Sectioning Hut into the existing traction supply.
