Construction work: Relocation of State Emergency Services Depot
Invited Tenderers only are invited to submit their tender for the State Emergency Services Depot from Zetland to the new location in Bondi.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Waverley Council Depot, 97-115 Portman St, Zetland 2017, at 2.30pm Wednesday 5 November. Invited Tenderers are to meet at the entry gates before proceeding to inspect existing modules to be re-used and transferred from the Council Depot to the new site. This will be followed by the site inspection on site at 14 Grafton St, Bondi Junction, NSW 2022.
Please allow a minimum of 2 hours for this pre-tender meeting. Attendance by tenderers at the pre-tender meeting is mandatory. Tenders submitted by tenderers who fail to attend will be passed over.
