Tender Description
The Queensland Performing Arts Centre (QPAC) is inviting offers for the delivery of a CRM solution which will be utilised by QPAC and its associated stakeholders. The solution will integrate with QPAC's key customer-facing systems.
The CRM solution will allow QPAC to integrate its processes and communication channels in order to enhance its understanding of its customers and to manage customer relationships across its various business units and sales channels.
The solution will be delivered in a multi-phase implementation, with an expected completion date for the first phase of September 2015. The timing of subsequent delivery phases will be agreed with the successful Supplier with a view to completing the CRM rollout by early 2016.
All offers will need to respond to the detailed requirements in the specification documents available for download below. Only GITC-Accredited Suppliers or those willing to become GITC-Accredited in the state of Queensland will be considered.
