Tenders are invited for the purchase and removal of 11 freestanding, re-locatable buildings located at St Margaret's College. Interested parties may tender for any number or all of the buildings.

These buildings were constructed at St Margaret's College (SMC) as temporary classroom solutions post February 2012. From April 2015 the freestanding classrooms will be surplus to requirements.

The tenderer will be responsible for determining the removal methodology and obtaining all necessary consents, approvals and service disconnections. Each tender must clearly identify the amount being tendered for each individual building.
