The work under the Contract involves the demolition, alteration, fit out construction, certification and commissioning of works as detailed in the Tender documents.

The work under the Contract generally includes but is not limited to:

* Demolition and alteration of existing built elements to integrate the fit out works;
* Fit out of an Exhibition Space, Reception, Auditorium Space and External Works as required by the Tender documents;
* All necessary existing services alterations, connections and certification of amended works;
* Relocation and installation of reuse display fittings and equipment from a storage facility into the KIWS Educational Facility; and
* Supply and installation of nominated substrates for signage installation, but excluding the signage supply and installation package (by others).
