State Transit intends to enter to Forward Purchase Agreement for the supply of lamps, lights, globes and reflectors for its buses (the "Goods"). The Goods are being procured to achieve the following outcomes:
* Replacement of consumable lamps, lights, globes and reflectors;
* Maintaining the operation of buses;
* Maintaining consistent supply of Goods arrangements;
* Improving value for money;
* Efficiency gains.
