Tender Description
The Royal Botanic Gardens & Domain Trust (the Gardens) proposes to construct a new glasshouse in the back of house area of the Botanic Gardens. This glasshouse will provide vital growing space to produce plant material for the proposed new Biome facility, along with the wider gardens.
The Gardens are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to under the final design and works described in the Tender documents.
The Scope of Works includes but is not limited to:
* Final design of Glasshouse, including design development, documentation, integration of:
* Demolition of steel frame structure currently on site;
* Earthworks to create a level site (stepped as per the floor plan design);
* Civil works including concrete floor and drainage connections to sewer;
* Supply and installation of glasshouse;
* Builders works as required; and
* Mechanical, electrical and hydraulic fit out of glasshouse as nominated on drawings and specifications.
