Tender Description
The Bacteriology Laboratory, at the Department of Agriculture and Food WA, requires a service and maintenance contract for five years for the MALDI-TOF (matrix-assisted laser desorption - time of flight) Microflex LT/SH mass spectrometer and associated Biotyper database.
A demonstrably reliable local or national provider of parts, repairs and customer service agreements (with manufacturer approved repairer) is an essential requirement to the client.
