Disability Services Commission has a requirement for a Record Management Solution. This Request is for software, and the support and maintenance thereof only. Maintenance and Support will not commence until the product is implemented and commissioned by a selected implementation contractor.

The proposed product shall enable the Commission to achieve standards compliance in VERS (PROV certified), AS ISO 15489, ISO16175, and to meet its legislative requirements under the State Records Act (WA) for all Disability Services Commission information – both physical and electronic.
