BMA is undertaking a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the provision of suitable, quality accommodation facilities and dwellings to support its operations and complement its accommodation services within the Blackwater and Emerald areas.

BMA is seeking RFPs from agents, real estate agents, Government Bodies, body corporates, building owners or their agents for leased or rented dwellings and/or accommodation facilities that will provide a long term solution and quality accommodation. This may include without limitation, residential housing, hotels, motels, units, flats or other development opportunities.

The intention of this RFP is to identify a shortlist of respondents who will be invited to potentially contract with BMA for its requirements. BMA’s preference is for accommodation commencing from approximately 1 February 2015 for a period of up to two years, however BMA is flexible on the commencement date and will consider RFPs for accommodation commencing slightly earlier or later than this date. Close date for submissions is 2PM 02nd October 21014.
