Tender Description
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the construction of a shared pedestrian and cycle path through Rose Park across Woods Road and into Maluga Reserve.
The contract is divided into three separable portions as stated below:
Separable Portion A:
Construction of a shared pedestrian/cycle concrete path through Rose Park from Rose Street to Woods Road. These works are to include the relocation of the drainage pit and installation of a kerb ramp in Woods Road.
Separable Portion B:
Construction of pedestrian the refuge islands in Woods Road and the linking of the path to an existing path in Maluga Reserve.
Separable Portion C:
Construction of a pedestrian/cycle concrete path from the shared pathway in Rose Park to the footpath on Rose Street via the easement in the north west corner of Rose Park.
The site is located at Rose Park, Rose Street, Sefton UBD Ref 251 G7.
