Sale of Freehold Land – Lot 23 (77) Gibson Road, Padbury For Aged Persons’ Dwellings

The City is proposing to dispose of its freehold property Lot 23 (77) Gibson Avenue, Padbury. The Property is being offered for sale by public tender in accordance with Section 3.58(2)(b) of the Local Government Act 1995. The use of the property is restricted by its zoning and conditions in the Contract of Sale for the development of housing for Aged Persons (over 55s).
