This Contract will consist of four (4) Separate Parts as listed below:
SEPARATE PART DESCRIPTION
Separate Part 1 Far North Region Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
Separate Part 2 Northern Region Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
Separate Part 3 Central Region Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
Separate Part 4 Southern Region Workplace Drug and Alcohol Testing Program
The use of Separate parts in the structure of Contract 00000398 allows and gives Ergon Energy the right to award Separate Part Contracts on a Part by Part basis to different Tenderers, or award some or all Separate Parts to one (1) Tenderer.
