Fonterra HQ Find A Friend Solution RFI

⁠⁠⁠Fonterra is moving to an Activity Based Working environment in conjunction with the build of our new Global Head office currently underway on Fanshawe Street in Auckland. Activity Based Working will provide Fonterra with an optimal working experience for Fonterra's office based staff and encourage a collaborative work environment.

This RFI is seeking to evaluate solutions in the market, which will enable our people to easily and simply to:

* Find one another in the office building whether on the network or using a wireless connection
* Show availability or presence of team members
* Find an empty workstation
* Locate empty meeting rooms and collaborative areas on different floors throughout the building
* Utilise resources as efficiently and effectively as possible
