The extent of works for this contract includes but is not limited to: Provision of new 50 space car park for the hospital.
The works comprise all work shown on the drawings and included in the specification.
A mandatory site meeting will be held at James Fletcher Hospital, Watt Street, Newcastle at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, 17th September, 2014. Attendance at the meeting is compulsory. Tenders received from contractors not in attendance at the site meeting will not be considered for acceptance.
