Tenders closing at 2.30pm on Tuesday, 28 October 2014 are invited for the Provision of Legal Services.

The term of appointments will be for five (5) years.

A number of firms will be selected as Council's Legal Panel.

The highest, lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

Tender documents are available by emailing warren.taylor@holroyd.nsw.gov.au or on 9840 9763 between 9am and 4pm on business days.

Formal tenders must be submitted. The tenders must be placed in a sealed envelope endorsed ‘Tenders for Provision of Legal Services, Contract No. 005/2014’ and either placed in the tender box located in the foyer on the ground floor of the Customer Service Centre, at Council's Administrative Centre, Memorial Avenue, Merrylands or posted to the address shown below, and be received prior to the closing time.

Tenderers and members of the public are invited to attend the opening of tenders immediately after the closing time.
