Expressions of Interests are invited from suitable Parties to establish, own and operate the public Cafe within Trustpower's new Head Office Accommodation in Durham Street, Tauranga. A quality 'Heat and Eat' type Cafe that provides great coffee, is alcohol free, and reflects the culture of Trustpower whilst attracting complementary type public customers is required. Additionally the cafe will provide catering for Trustpower's meetings and functions. This 70-80m2 Cafe will be an independently owned and operated business. The Cafe's opening date will be aligned with the opening of the building in early 2016.
