Redland City Council is offering an opportunity to interested parties to enter into a Trustee Lease to operate a commercial quarry located at German Church Road, Redland Bay.

Tenderers are to note there is a mandatory site inspection scheduled on 11 September 2014 commencing at 9:00am at the German Church Road Quarry, 611-643 German Church Road, Redland Bay QLD 4165. Tenderers are to provide their own transport.

Tenderers are advised that the site inspections are mandatory and all prospective Tenderers must attend the site inspections. Any submissions received from tenderers who have not attended the site inspection will not be considered.

Tenderers must wear appropriate Protective Personal Equipment (PPE), i.e. safety vest, hat and boots, when attending the site inspection.

Tenderers are required to register their attendance for the site inspections by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au no later than 12 noon on 10 September 2014.
