As an integral element of its Jubilee Complex Precinct Plan, Centennial Park is constructing a high quality café and florist facility.

The base building of the café and florist facility is targeted to be available by the end of 2015.

Centennial Park believes that its café and florist facility offers a significant commercial opportunity for a third party to partner with Centennial Park in this respect.

The Centennial Park Cemetery Authority is seeking a high calibre café and florist operator for its new purpose built facility in Adelaide, South Australia delivering excellence of service to its customers, visitors and the general public.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is seeking a party to provide a commercial offer to lease, fit out and operate this new purpose built café and florist facility, commencing in early 2016.

The closing time for the submission of RFP submissions is 4.00pm on Friday 10 October 2014.

RFP’s must be lodged at the Tender Box at the offices of Centennial Park at 760 Goodwood Road, Pasadena, SA, 5042 [and its offices are open between 9.00am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday (public holidays excluded]).
