Brookfield Johnson Controls, Projects Manager to the NSW Police Force, is inviting suitably qualified Head Contractors to submit an Expression of interest (EOI) for participation in the tender for the Fitout of the Heritage Manly Police Station. Refurbishment works incorporating restoration and internal stripout to a cold shell, ready for fitout, is nearing completion.
The Project Involves:
* Fitout of the old Police Station to accommodate the Local Area Command (LAC).
* Approx NLA of 1,000m2 over basement, ground and Levels 1 and 2.
* Anticipated commencement January 2014 with five month construction period.
* Liaison and coordination with the NSW Police Force and Brookfield Johnson Controls in the delivery of the works, the relocation and handover phases.
