Redland City Council (RCC) invites you to submit an offer for tender T-1710-14/15-RWW Provision of Construction of Landfill Rehabilitation Works at the Birkdale Waste Transfer Station.

Tender Deliverable Attachments and Bill of Quantities - These documents are in MS word and Excel formats respectively (please note for security purposes, this document has been protected however allows access to the pertinent areas for completion). This format is suitable for standard Microsoft Office operating systems.

Please read the documentation carefully. To submit an offer, please fully complete:

* Bill of Quantities
* Tender Deliverable Attachments

and submit your tender by lodging on or before the tender closing date of 2.00pm on 29 September 2014.

It is to be noted that tenderers must allowed themselves sufficient time to upload their submissions as the LG Tender Box closes strictly on the date and time specified above.

Important note:

There is a mandatory site inspection scheduled on 12 September 2014 commencing at 10:00am at Birkdale Waste Transfer Station, 555-607 Old Cleveland Road East, Birkdale Qld 4159, followed by an inspection of the German Church Road Quarry, 611-643 German Church Road, Redland Bay QLD 4165. Tenderers are to provide their own transport.

Tenderers are advised that the site inspections are mandatory and all prospective Tenderers must attend both site inspections. Any submissions received from tenderers who have not attended the site inspection will not be considered.

Tenderers must wear appropriate Protective Personal Equipment (PPE), i.e. safety vest, hat and boots, when attending the site inspection.

Tenderers are required to register their attendance for the site inspections by emailing procurementtenders@redland.qld.gov.au no later than 12 noon on 10 September 2014.
