Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The project consists of refurbishing existing internal areas totalling 940m² to develop a new boarding house consisting of 1, 2 and 4 bed dormitory rooms, study and office spaces, amenities and common lounge areas. Construction is scheduled to commence November 2014 for completion by January 2015.

Submissions are to include financial capability to carry out the works, list of projects recently completed of similar type/size and referees. Submissions are to be mailed to the below address and received by 27 August 2014.
