This Request is for the provision of road, pathway and car park sweeping services at the Metropolitan Cemeteries Board (MCB) sites as listed:

* Fremantle Cemetery – Carrington Street  Palmyra  WA
* Karrakatta Cemetery - Railway Road  Karrakatta  WA
* Pinnaroo Valley Memorial Park – Whitfords Avenue  Padbury  WA
* Midland Cemetery – Myles Road  Swan View  WA
* Guildford Cemetery – Kalamunda Road  South Guildford  WA
* Rockingham Regional Memorial Park - Baldivis Road  Baldivis  WA.

Respondents are to note that this is a performance based contract and is subject to ongoing quality compliance.  Respondents will need to be mindful that the MCB provides a community service and that they are required to be helpful and courteous in response to enquires from the public.
