Tender Description
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to select a Tenderer (or Tenderers) to supply and maintain a range of telecommunications carriage services for SPARQ Solutions, Ergon Energy, Energex and their related companies, with whom SPARQ Solutions (SPARQ) will enter into a Telecommunications Supply Agreement (TSA).
A Tenderer briefing will be held following the release of the RFT. The briefing will held be at Energex Building, 26 Reddacliff Street, NEWSTEAD at 01:00PM to 02:00PM on Monday 11 August 2014. (Parking is available at the Gasworks Centre.) Building entry procedures will apply. The briefing will be held in the Ipswich room on level 1.
Tenderers must register their intended attendees by email to strategic.contracts@sparq.com.au no later than 02:30PM Friday 8 August 2014. The email must contain the Tenderer’s name and their representatives’ names, titles and email addresses. A maximum of two representatives from each Tenderer will be permitted entry.
