Tender Description
By this RFT the Department seeks to procure services from organisations as detailed in the Statement of Requirement, on the terms of the Draft Agreement, for a period of three (3) years, commencing October 2014.
On a state wide basis, the Department requires the following services, through two separately contestable service arrangements, delivered as part of its Employee Assistance Program;
a) A combined general Counselling Services and Onsite Incident Support Services arrangement, comprising;
i. The provision of general counselling
ii. The provision of coaching, development and support services for managers;
iii. The provision of onsite incident support services;
iv. On-site conflict resolution and mediation services;
v. In-service training and consultation
b) Specialised Onsite Incident Support Services; specialised incident or potentially traumatic event support services.
Respondents may tender for either (a) or (b).
