The Legal Aid Commission of Western Australia is seeking a suitable Head Contractor to undertake the refurbishment and fit out of their new occupancy at 32 St Georges Terrace, which consists of 5,725 sq.m of new BCA Grade A facilities which will be provided in an open plan format by the base build contractor.  The works will involve the complete fit out excluding provision of loose furniture and fixings, but including: electrical, mechanical, AV, CCTV partitioning, ceilings, floor finishes etc
 
Builder pre-qualification : Level 3 Conventional.
