This Request for Tender relates to the internal refurbishment works of 8 x 1-Bedroom Units in Albany. Works include, but are not limited to: new floor coverings throughout, painting throughout, new bathroom, kitchen & laundry, some minor wall removals.

Units are:

* Units D-H, 15 Leschenault St, Lockyer, and
* Units A-C, 36 Preiss St, Lockyer

IMPORTANT:

* Only one unit can be refurbished at any one time.
* Vacant Unit 15F Leschenault St will be used as a transitional dwelling whilst the other units are refurbished in a staged manner.
* Vacant Unit 15F Leschenault St will be refurbished last.
* Careful timetabling will be required so that tenants, DOH staff, and removalists can coordinate tenant transition into, and out of, 15F Leschenault St in a timely manner, so as not to hold up works.
* All works must be completed, invoiced and paid for before the end of the 2014/15 financial year
* Therefore, a detailed schedule of works is an ESSENTIAL CONDITION of this tender.
